According to the actual situation, rotate the wind and temperature range of the hot air welding table, remember that the temperature and wind should not be too large, so as not to burn the chip or components.
Insert the power cord of the hot air welding table into the socket and turn on the power switch. At this time, you will hear the fan of the hot air welding table start to sound, indicating that the welding table is preheating, and when the sound stops, you can start to use.
Aim the nozzle of the air gun at 2-3cm above the chip to be welded. Heat evenly along the solder joints around the chip, and when the solder joints have melted, remove the chip with tweezers.
Place the chip at the part to be welded, and pay attention to whether the pin is aligned with the PCB welding pad, and whether the functional areas are placed correctly, so as to avoid the reverse connection of components. Use a hot air welding table to heat thesolder joint until the chip is in good contact with the welding site.
In order to ensure that the solder joint is in good contact with the main board, the welding is repaired with an electric soldering iron after welding, and the short circuit is disposed of.
After the welding is completed, first turn off the power switch of the hot air welding table. At this time, the fan of the hot air welding table continues to work. After the fan stops rotating, unplug the power plug.
